94 firebird flooding

what could be the problem that would cause a 94 firebird to flood.

Flooding

Parking it in a river?

Seriously, give a fuller description of the sequence of events that results in it being flooded. There can be many causes.

test your plugs and wires bud. if those check out
ok you may want to try changing your oxygen sensors, i recomend bosh, a bad or two bad oxygen
sensors will really make your car run rich.

well this guy sent it to us already flooded, he wants us to fix it. He said that it hesitated alot and after he shut it off the car would not start anymore. we thought it might be the fuel pump but it works fine. so now i think it might be the enjectors or fuel pressure regulator.
