intake manifold fitting

Has anyone had to change this fitting. The heater hose that supplies coolant from the engine to the heater core snaps into it somehow. Mine is leaking, so I need to replace it. I have a new one, but am a little confused on how the heater hose comes off the old one. Thanks for your help.

It is a quick disconnect type fitting. You should be able to squeeze the sides of the little plastic tabs, and pull the hose out.
