Help control arm

Today i looking at my car because i just lowered it. I say about a 1" drop right now nothing to big. Anyways, i looking at the control arm Ball Joint. It looks like its sweating. There is a dark color coming through the rubber thats around the ball joint. I have a camber kit and getting it realinged friday so until then i don't know what to do. IM going to tighting everything up again making sure that everything won't fall apart on me. But other then that everything is fine. Is this a common problem. I have 92 Prelude si 2ws. OH, and its only on the front control arms not that back. Yes prelude has contorl arms in the back and front. Thanks

Re: Help control arm

To check your ball joints lift & support car
Grab tire top & bottom
Try to move the in & out
If you feel play or hear knocking then you need a new ball joint/CA.

Before it's aligned the person doing it should check all suspension parts & advise of needed parts.

Did that in and out thing there was no knocking. But i having a different problem i think my control arm is hitting the wheel well. I don't know how to stop this. Also i hear a knock, its happens when im slowly moving and trun my wheel pretty sharp. I happens the sec i move in that direction. Any ideas? I been hearing its the lower control arm or tie rod? i had the same knocking problem in my car. the problem is that ur front upper control arm is hitting the fender/wheel well. the reaseon why this is happening is because u added too much positive degrees on ur camber kit. just adjust the camber kit to bring the whole control arm more inside of the body of the car. right now it's stick n out too much and it's hitting the fender when u turn/ whenu rshocks travel too much

Really i would think that would be the case. Because im only truning and i believe only truning the ball joint in the control arm. I reed post about the control arm hitting the well. I have noticed that the control arm is closer to well. But also stated above, i thought only the ball joint is truning. Well, friday i will ask the guy doing the alignment what he thinks.
Also is there any aftermarket parts to elimnate this? I heard that SKunk2 are doing something with it but i don't know if it went trough. Thanks for the help.
