Vibrant Exhaust Noises...

I got a vibrant exhaust system for my neon and now it makes some kind of noise, sounds like its coming from the hangers i sprayed some WD40 on it, but it still makes it every time i shift, or basically any time the exhaust would move a little. Anyone else have this problem? Im sorry i really couldnt describe the sound. Any ideas?
