Question B Seires Swap

im doing a B18 swap in my 89 dx hb. was wondering if i couls swap out hubs with a 90-93 Non ABS hub so i dont have to mod the sv axles to fit my std hubs. if not what should i do. i know i need axles out of a 90-93 teg. but how do i get them to fit in my civic hub.

you have to get dx or si hubs because the std is 4 speed with teh spline count being less. gott aget 5 speed hubs

you cant get 90-93 teg axles to fit on your std hubs

i think the 90-93 hubs will work but i know defineatly that dx and si hubs work on the 4th gen. but to put 90-93 teg axles into the correct hub, you gotta take the dust shield off the hub, but remember they wont fit in your std hubs

Re: B Seires Swap

i just ment stock hubs sorry bout the std accdently hit the d key. but as for me having a 5 speed i do. so i need to remove the dust plate from the back of my hub and they will slide in spline line up and all that good stuff.

I had to remove the rubber dust ring thing on the axle itself too
