how do you change bulbs?
can anyone tell me how I can change the front marker/side light? Also, are there any other headlight adjustments other than the ones above the headlight? I could bird hunt from my car the head light is so screwed up! Anyway - if anyone could tell me how to this or if you know of a site that offers detailed instructions or maybe diagrams please send it my way!

92-95, just open the hood, theres a bolt you will need to loosen with a socket, then the side marker will pull out, and then im sure you can take out & put in the bulb without directions. Im not sure if it is the same with anything newer than 95, or older than 92

Pop your hood, The big plastic cover directly on top of the headlights comes off with about 12 pull clips(Pull the center of the little plastic things that look like screws up) and the clips will come out. Take that big cover off and the headlights will be exposed, then, on each headlight you will notice 2 metal clips, like switches, pull them up and the head light assemble will unlock and you will be able to pull them right out. then simply change which ever bulb you need and pop the assembly back in. WATCH OUT WHEN REPLACING THE ACTUAL HEADLIGHT BULB-THE PLASTIC RETAINING CLIP HOLDING THE HEADLIGHT BULB IS WEAK AND IS PRONE TO BREAKING!

basically the simplest thing on the car is the hardest to chage, took me less time to rotate my tire then it did to change headlight bulbs. If you got a manual for your car it shows you sort of what to do. I've got a 99 Se too.
Take that black plastic piece off on top the headlights with the pull-clips. There are two (i think) metal rods that are sorta behind the headlight they have a torque (star) head of them, thats your headlight adjustment. To actually take the headlight out (which you have to do to change any bulb in it) there are two thin metal tabs you pull straight up and it releases the housing. Those clips are a b*tch, they will not come off easily, took me a pliers and a prybar to move them. Once off everything is eccessible from them. Like i said you kinda need the owner's manual cause its got pictures and just telling you may not help to much  .

nova_gh took less time to rotate your tires? You must have an air gun, and racing jack, or otherwise work a nascar pit to rotate tires quicker than changing a bulb.

I don't have a 99 but with my experience with just trying to change one tire let alone rotating all 4 any bulb is easier than rotating my tires. For some reason my tires stick themselves to the rotor or drum and typically take a pounding to get them off, I've gone so far as to have to whack one a few times with a 20 lb sledge. So unless you've never had such problems and work at nascar pit pace replacing one bulb has to be easier no matter how hard it is to get to.
