i am p o'ed, need to vent.

last year i bought a 1986 trans am. i paid $200 no motor no trans,
well a year later and 1200 spent i had it primered, ready to paint.
this car was a special edition, was loaded. i did swap out the interior
i was going to paint the car white and put the gold and red/orange
strip kit on it. the car still needed some work. it wasnt much, i
have a 305 and a transmission to go in it. i went to a auction and
bought a 1980 turbo trans am. took it home parked it next to the '86
T/A, a man stopped and asked if i would sell the 86 a couple of days
ago. i told him for $1200 if he wanted it. he said he would come back.
he came back alright. he took the damn car with out paying, i had extra
parts, tools and the factory stereo, in the trunk. come to find out my
dad and brother give the man the car when he come back. i went to work and my mom calls and said some man just left with you trans am.
i told her to stop them and it was too late. i worked my ass off getting
it ready for the road. i could have made 3k off of it or more. but its
gone now and i probally wont get none of my stuff back either. my brother said im sorry if it helps ill go get your stuff, well im mad enuff
to kill him. im sure that he wouldnt want me giving his car away.

model. but i could have used the money to fix up the 80 model too.

since the car has a vin, and the guy has to register the vin with the sec. of state, maybe you can explain the situation to them and they can help you find the guy but its worth a shot!
