Passenger airbag switch!

I would like to install a switch in the cockpit to manually turn the passenger airbag on or off. The Xtracab version of the Tacoma has this feature standard, but Toyota folks decided that this is not a valuable feature for the doublecab and did not include it ;( (curious to know the reasoning !?!?)

Anyone know how to do it?

I think the reason is you can put the kids in the back. Be nice to know how to do it and what precautions to take to avoid deploying it!
