Re: 81 280zx

i spent over $8000 on the car of a span of 4 years but most of the work i did myself except for the interior and the paint.. theres noting really difficult on the car. its a Z with the L28 engine.. the easiest engine to work on in my opinion. check out my webpage for more pics of my car... it ill give you an idea on what i spent my money on..

Re: 81 280zx

the web pages i linked you to are the best places to find anything for your Z. your not going to find a better source for parts for your car... go to www.zcarparts.com and victoria britsh and order a catalog...

Re: 81 280zx

if you want 17" wheels your going to need to get adapters for the rims... most rim manufactures dont make rims for a 0 offset.. most early Zs have a 0 to 10mm offset.. and all the modern rims now a days are all 30+mm offsets. but you wont need to adjust anything but your allignment ..

Re: 81 280zx

www.modern-motorsports.com i paid $275 for my set... it depends on what offset spacer you get.... well theyre really not just spacers but more like adapters.. spacers youll need longer stud but with adapters they have another set of studs already on them..
