Shopping Question, to all Dutch and Germans

I would like to know if there are any other good model shops in the Netherlands besides toms.nl.
Because Toms.nl is a little overpriced (i heard),
I was thinking of buying my models, rims etc at hlj.com but this is in japan and i don't have any experience with these oversea orders.
Maybe there are some good shops in germany or Belgium. Could someone help me out?

Thanks in advance

Erik

As German online shops I recommend:

www.nimpex.de

or

www.automobilminiaturen.de

Hope you find these helpful.

Re: Shopping Question, to all Dutch and Germans

So far I don't know any. Toms.nl isn't cheap with al its stuff. But there definitely are some cheap kits for sale there. A Tamiya Supra for 17 Euros isn't very much IMO, already bought that one

Buying from HLJ is a good option. I bought a Tamiya Skyline R33, Aoshima Bomex RX7 and a set of 18"Fujimi wheels for 42 Euro's including shipment! But you need a credit card for hlj soo...

Don't expect this hobby to be cheap. It's expensive. Especially when you over and over again got new ideas and inspration...

I find Nimpex.de very helpfull indeed thanks.
They got a large collection of etched materials and other aftermarket stuff and there prices are good.
There is only one thing, I can only pay with a credit card and i don't have one (i know hlj needs one but they also include payment through paypal and that i do have )
So it's time to get a credit card

Bas Carwash; thanks pointing out the supra for 17 euro, it will be the next model i buy

And for HLJ, do you ship it With SAL or EMS? And does it realy take like a month or so if i ship it through EMS (cause it is with a ship )
Also; i live in meppel (it's near zwolle) , maybe if someone lives near there we could buy stuff at hlj together and devide the shipping cost's .
If so please pm me.

Erik

It is possible to pay by bank transfer also with nimpex because i don't have a visa too, you just have to mail to them and say you dan't have a visa and then they send your a bank account number

Got another one for you from Toms.nl: Tamiya 350Z for 17,5 Euro's. I bought that one also.

I ship with SAL from HLJ. My order is on its way for two weeks now. They expected it to take about two to three weeks so I'm laying behind the door waiting for my package to come in now

It is even possible over the whole world, but in europe it's free when the amount is under 2500€ wich i think you never gone cross when buying models . But you only need 2 numbers a IBAN number and a BIC number

Well, I live in Germany and ordered from nimpex and hlj.com for quite a while. Yes, it takes about a month for Hlj.com to ship your stuff to Europe, but they are very dependable and eventually you get everything you want. Please make sure that you don´t forget about customs, when importing model kits to Europe. But I think up to € 25 its free in Germany. So its quite a good idea just to place small orders.

Nimpex is just great. They ship their stuff to you in germany within like 2-3 days. I can highly recommend that site-

Re: Shopping Question, to all Dutch and Germans

The time for shipping from HLJ depends also on the size of the package. I got two orders coming. First one with two kits and a set of wheels, second one with two sets of wheels and a set of decals. The first package is shipped 14 days ago now. The small package 6 days ago and I got it this morning
