94 explorer transmission
Help!
I was recently driving to Vail from Denver and the transmission lost (spilled, dumped, in other words: got rid of) all fluid on the drive. We noticed it because it blew underneath the car and all over the back window and then started to smoke. What would do this? I do not have a lot of auto knowledge-would this be a seal that failed? The tranny never slipped or gave any sign of trouble. Thanks for any help!
