Question remote keyless program instruction for avalon 2002

I get the remote fob from ebay with instruction. Unfortunately, the instruction does not work. anyone has instruction to add the remote key fob to avalon 2002. the FCC is HYQ12BAN

Anyone having instructions on remote keyless programming for my 2000 Avalon, please help me! My remote key "died" a few days ago and the dealership is suggesting buying another $80 remote. They are nuts!!
