Another mind boggling question?
What would be the cause of the fuel pump turning on when the ignition switch is turned to the 'On' position but not turning off after two seconds like it's supposed to?

Or insert a question "Does it turn off after the key is turned off?" to answer that question, yes it turns off when the key turns off... and no it doesn't turn off at all once the key is in the 'on' position. That is only when I use a PM6 ECU. When I use a P28 or P08 with OBD0-OBD1 adapter, the voltage to the fuel pump drops so far that the pump wont run at all, and the power to the injectors falls off completely.... but this is only when I use the OBD1 ECU's... when I use the OBD0 ECU, the power is fine... but the pump and injectors don't turn off for 2 seconds like they're supposed to.. they just stay on. I can't seem to figure this out.... 5 months and counting that I've been working on this problem.
