intermitent anti lock warning 1999 century

Several times the anti lock light has come on while driving. After parking it may go out for sevral days before coming on again. I read that the system has been changed to DBC7?? and you no longer can get the codes with out a scan tool. I suspect a bad sensor or wiring but does any one have a trouble shooting method for this problem?

In addition before this problem the low tire light would occasionally come on, two or three times a year. I suspect this may also point to the speed sensor

thanks for any help

Re: intermitent anti lock warning

DBC7 = OBDII

if you have a 1996 Century, it's OBD-II
if you have a 1995 or 1994 Century, it's the old one, but you can't get codes
if you have a 1993 or older Century, you can get codes from the ALDI connector under the dash, paper clip will do, I don't recall which terminals to jump, think it's top right and just to the left of top right.
