Stall When Ac Or Heat

1999 Taurus Sometimes Stalls When Ac Or Heater Is Turned On
Clock Resets To 12:00 - Replaced Battery And Still Does It Intermittenly. Was Totally Dead A Few Times So I Smacked Alternator And Or Battery With Shoe Car Starts Up.
Only Other Info Is When Brights Are Put On Seat Belt Light Lights When Brights Are Shut Seat Belt Light Goes Off
