Day Time Running Lights / Headlamps

My '97 Accord is having some real issues with the Day Time Runnning Lights they have not been working lately but come on once in a while. The Bulbs are fine. Also my passeneger side headlight has recently decided to not work either and again the bulb is not burnt out. I am positive is a short/ground somewhere, but has anyone had this same issue?

I had the same problem. Turned out to be the headlight relay located under the dash near the steering column. Took it apart and found a couple of bad soldered joints (magnifying glass) on the circuit board. Resoldered and saved $250.00 . Still working fine. Good Luck
