Front end shake

I have a 99 grand cherokee 6cyl. with 70,000mi. About two months the steering wheel shakes from side to side when hitting the breaks at about 60mi hr. Also I have bump steer. It is a 4x4. The breaks do not pulsate, just the wheel left to right. Any help? Thanks Alan.

Hi Alan

If it only happens when you apply the brakes, the cause will probably be the rotors.

My 96 does that when the rotors are warped.
