Tail lights don't work
'98 Aurora: Both back taillights and the smaller lights on the rear fenders don't come on with the headlights or when the lights are turned on manually. I checked fuses, there are four lights involved so it's not bulbs. Any suggestions? Any way to force the lights to come on?

Re: Tail lights don't work
I would check the bulbs just to make sure, not trying to get smart but I have helped people who didn't even know they had all but one light burned out on the entire car.

Check your wiring harness behind the seat, there is a plug connection there...is your antenna and gas door along with your trunk still working? If so it aint the harness.

Antenna, trunk, and gas flap seem to be okay. It's really just the tail lights (along with long narrow lights on side of rear of car) and dash lights that don't work.
