Re: For Sale 1994 Twin Turbo Rx -7 Asking $9800 O/b/o

I'm not gonna buy it but I'm just curious... in the subject it says $9800 obo but then you put 'price $5,000' in your post... if the car is in good shape I'd say thats about right on the price(the 9800 obo) because its gonna need a rebuild and then it would be nice.

good luck man

For Sale 1994 Twin Turbo Rx -7 Asking $9800 O/b/o

Im sorry the price is 9800 , not $5000. Here is the deal.I dont think car will need a rebuild also. It is running great.
This is directly from my friend in greece. This is his exact email.
I'm glad that you like my Mazda RX-7 and I can only say that you have good taste about cars! So, now I want you to find my terms from the start and if you agree them we can complete the transaction. I bought this car brand-new from US and it was running in US and Europe. It was registrated in US and I had all the services done there. The car was never involved in an accident. I took care of it like it was my own baby and now is in the same condition as it was when I bought it - even better! The thing is that few moths ago i moved out in Greece, i found a job and my life is better here then it was in Us. I have the car down here with me and i tryed to register it but it is too difficult. i decided to sell it and it has to come back in Us. i used my credit card for the add on AutoTrader and this is why my add says i am in Us. sorry for the inconvenience.
The price is US $5000 and this is the amount I'm aiming to get for the car. The shipping taxes are $1500, but i'll pay half of them. I'm the first owner, it runs perfectly, perfect shape and condition,a non smokers car,it has never been wreked, i'm selling it because i've just bought a new car and i won't be needing this one. I even decided to support half of the shipping charges in order to make a smooth deal for this car. I will use AirCargo Lufthansa for shipping, so you will be able to receive it in 4-5 working days (depending on your exact location). The car will be crated, will have an insurance and will be delivered at your door without you beeing charged one penny more. As soon as I have your firm decision that you want to buy, I will take the car to Lufthansa and pay all the taxes for the shipping including the insurance and the custom fees. Along with the car, I will send you all the documents that I have for it - the title (wich is issued in Us, is clear of any leins and I have it in hand). Due the fact that the car's title was issued in Us you will have no problem in registering the bike and you won't have to pay any custom fees.
All you have to do is go with cash to a Western Union office and complete a "To Send Money" form. As receiver's address you must use my address :
Leopol Str, 109,
23045,
Athena,
Greece,
and as for receiver name, you must use a name of your prefferance : your father's name, your best friend's name or any name you can think of. Right after you make the transfer, you must send me the details of the transfer : - exact MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number, it is a 10 digits number, that will help me to track the money online) - exact sender name - exact receiver name - exact transfer fees, in case that the car is not as expected (but I am sure you will love it and I will have to return you the transfer fees) (I need those informations so I can check if the transfer was made and I can verify that on my local Western Union agent. After I will have the confirmation of the payment, I will call Lufthansa and give them my approval to send you the car imediatly. Right after, I will send you the tracking number from Lufthansa so you can track the car in its way to you. After you will receive the car you will have 7 days for inspection. You can take it to a Service to be sure that everything is in order or you can bring over a mechanic to look over. If is there something wrong with the car you can retreive your money from Western Union, the car will be shipped on my expenses back to Greece and I will return you the transfer fees. If you decide to keep it, you must change the receiver name into my name so I can be able to cash the money. Why this procedure? Because:
1. Western Union is a global leader in money transfer and message services, with a history of pioneering service dating back more than 150 years and it continues today to help consumers and businesses securely transfer money or make payments using money orders and other electronic systems. Consumers can quickly and easily transfer money to more than 150,000 Western Union Agent locations in over 190 countries worldwide - the largest network of its kind.
2. The money will be deposited at Western Union on the name you chose and can NOT be retrieved (except by you) until you change the receiver name into my name
3. This way I can have the guarantee that you have the money and that you are ready to buy the Mazda.
4. I will support half of the shipping charges and you will support the transfer fees (You will have to pay some fees there at Western Union : 6% - 8% from the total amount - this depends on your exact location also) - I think this way is fair enough for both of us.
Very important! When you'll make the transfer, do NOT tell to Western Union that you are makeing a payment for a purchase, because they will charge us both. When you will change the receiver name into mine so I can cash the money I will not receive the same amount you are sending, and I already support the shipping and insurance costs. Better tell them that you are sending the money for a relative of yours. This way, I think you will even pay lower fees. I hope you will agree this procedure and if so, contact me back with your exact shipping address, complete name and phone number.
All my best!
