1990 celica common problems?

I'm looking at a 1990 celica to buy, 115,000 miles, 5 speed, power sunroof, etc. Is there anything I should know about common problems with these cars?

well, these are not common problems but make sure to be sure of the functionallity of these parts...
cv boots, all gaskets, no leaks, good idle, no wreck history, ac works no leaks, all switches work, good running temperature, struts, trasmission etc,
Make sure that the cars is clean of any performance modifications as with any sports car. This means that somone has been tampering with it, possibly altering the engine. If present, make sure whoever worked on it knew what he was doing and did it right.
