I think around 1G for the bodywork. And you'd have to buy the lights still, those cost around $750.

I'm doing the R33's too sicklude, except I have a 5th gen lude now. I used to have a 4th gen, but I got rear ended and it got written off. The white one is the VIS Omega front end and the blue one is the VIS Omega (which is the R34).

its no problem. Yeah, it did work out for the better. I only got $13000 for my Prelude, but my parents felt bad so they're going to put in a bit of money too (and I have about $5000 saved up for the turbo I was going to get for my last Prelude). I was looking at other cars too, and I decided there's no other car that satisfies me in more aspects than the Prelude. I wanted something powerful, but at the same time looks really nice, and I wanted something reliable and not too old too. I went and looked at a '90 300zx 2+2 and I really liked it, but I decided against it because it was 12 years old, and I went and test drove the RSX, and I really liked that too, except I think the exterior looks kinda ugly. So I decided why not go with another Prelude? I love Hondas, so why fix something if it ain't broke?

btw the side skirt on the white Prelude looks like a VIS Kombat side skirt, I think. But I can't really tell looking from this angle. That bulge at the back, does that look like part of the side skirt? Or does that look like an MR2 vent grafted onto the side?

Sicklude: Are you doing a conversion for the back? I want to do one, but I haven't decided which one yet. I kind of like the R33 back too, but I don't want people to think I'm trying to imitate a Skyline.

very true...this is the reason why im not going all out on it...plus, i own a 4th gen ya know? its most original car, as far as hondas, on the road...i honestly just want to change my front lights to something totally different..another option i was thinking about was Silvia lights...i really like those. although, alot of people have done that...just not to a Lude yet....as far as i know....but if i can change it to an R33, im gonna do it...and congrats on your new lude, i hope you enjoy it.

Yeah, I'd have to agree with you, the 4th gen is the most rare Honda you see on the road. I loved my 4th gen, but its time to move on.. I do like the Silvia lights, but they're mostly on Integras, so I think you should go for it, I think that would look pretty tight. Thanks.. I will enjoy it for sure!
btw what do you think of S2000 tails or MR2 tails? I was thinking of doing one of them. Or maybe even RSX

dont do RSX tails...you wont find many people who like them. its not that common yes, but its also not that great looking. however, the front looks nice. the headlights on a RSX look pretty good. i would try that. they're fat too, so there shouldnt be much of a problem with replacement. the S2000 tails look good. ive only seen them one on Civic. but im sure where you live theres plenty more. i have never seen them on a Lude though. could be a nice combo...

Yeah, I was just thinking RSX tails because they're different.
I was leaning towards the S2000 ones. Where I live, there are none. There's barely any cars that are done up. I think most people that have their cars done up already know each other. And I don't think I've even seen anyone here graft different headlights/taillights on their car. So hopefully I'll be the first. I was also thinking Lancer Evo VII. So I'm trying to decide between the two.

I've seen S2000 tails on a Lude before and it looked pretty good. The only thing I would say is that the S2000 is a smaller car and the tail lights look proportionate to the S2000's body, but now on a Prelude I think they may look kind of small. That's just my opinion but go with what you like man.
