timing marks
I'm trying to check the ignition timing on my 94 sentra but I can't find the timing marks. I connected the inductive timing light to the first spark plug wire and I aimed at the crank pulley on the engine block but I can't see the timing marks anywhere. Can anyone give me some advice on what I'm doing wrong?

Re: timing marks
just look waaay down in there. You'll see a little metal pointy thing sticking out over the belt with the marks.

Re: timing marks
You will also need to disconnect the Throttle Position Sensor first, to get the correct base idle.
