Car Explosion Plus Srt-4 Kill
well i raced that SRT-4 I smoked his ass off the line... on the highway we were even... anyways.... i blew a freeze plug on the way home and blew up my head...
 now i gotta rebuild my head and put a damn water pump in it... anyone have any heads for sale...any help is appreciated...ADAM

i'm guessing he means anti freeze cap but i'm not positive! and i dont know how that would cause the head to blow... only if timing went! or he got valve float!

freeze plug is another name for an expansion plug which is supposed to let pressure out of the block if your water freezes in the block

So the "freeze plugs" are plugs in holes in the block that will relieve the pressure from the expansion if the colant should freeze. Still have to pull the motor to replace them in most cases, but it saves the block.  They dont usually just pop out on thier own though...

I would check the bearings out before you reassemble the motor/head. It doesnt take long to kill bearings with coolant in the oil. Water isnt the best lubricant
