Re: Kinda off subject.

I did the same thing, looked around in all the local papers and online. Found a bunch on ebay and stuff, but seemed a little too risky. I ended up gettin a 2004 R6. payments are only 83 bucks a month. and I"ll have the bike paid off by the end of the year hopefully. My buddy bought a brand new suzuki 500 somethin er other for 4100. it's a "sport touring" bike. looks like a crotch rocket, but isn't. personally I'd hold out for a rocket or you'll be dissappointed. Just my .02

Re: Kinda off subject.

yup, brand spankin new. they have a deal goin right now for 3.9% financing on all new bikes. I think after tax, tags, and registration I paid 8350. I put 1000 down, and keep puttin money against the principal. I think the financing is for 5 years. the 3.9 runs out after 2 and the payments go to like 150. but I'm planning on payin mine off before that. it's worth it if you ask me. I love the damn thing.. it'll probably kill me. but oh well. Good luck gettin one!
