car won't start

ihave a 1988 mustang lx 5.0 that wont start. no fire and no fuel. new pump, new filter, new distributer, coil, every wire checked we know of, and changed the eec-iv computer, still wont hit a lick. why, please???

Battery dead? Have you checked the neutral saftey? Is the switch itself bad? Will it turn over and not start or just you turn the key and nothing happens? When you turn the key to the on possition do any lights come on, headlights, horn, ect?? Need more info.
