Cheapest Performance Upgrade?

I was wondering what would be the Cheapest Performance Upgrade?
Are there any easy things to do that would increase proformance dramatically?

I have a '95 Nissan 200sx no mods.

the cheapest thing would be an intake then maybe exaust

well actually the cheapest thing would be weight reduction just take out everything that u dont need (spare tire etc) if u really wanna get serious about it take out the rear seat, carpets, shit like that...

performance is all about weight to power ratio.... well theres more to it than that but thats the basic thing theres also ballance and control (stearing and breaking...)

which engine u got the 1.6??

also where u located cause my brother has a 95 200sx base model that just got rear ended a couple weeks ago so once we get the insuance money from the person who hit him and find another car he wont be driving it any more if ur not too far away maybe u would like it for parts (hes got a whole pacesetter exaust on it im pretty sure its just over a year old) (its also got a brand new front bumper cover cause his old one got cracked and part of it broke off when a racoon ran out in front of his car one day...) im in ny (not the city)
