Cell Phone Kit?

I just bought a 98 Ford Explorer Limited, and it looks like the radio/stereo is wired up to accept a cell phone somehow. The center console has a little cable connector that looks like it's to the external antenna mounted on one of the rear windows with a little network looking jack/data jack. Anyone know how I'd be able to use this to hook up to a modern cell phone to use with the radio, or even at least just the antenna? Thanks
