very weird question

K my dad is selling his car and i really want it. He says if he doesn't sell it in 2 weeks than he'll sell it to me for cheap. What i want to know is if there is an easy and safe way to make it look like there is something wrong with the car to a non mechanic but takes like just two seconds to fix? I know this kinda sounds mean but i want the car so bad.
Thanx

Re: very weird question

Hahaha, ok, just to humor you. Unplug the wiring harness that goes to your MAS, (that thing connected to your airbox). When turned on the car wont have any accurate oxygen readings and sputter out and stall in 5 seconds.

Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical.
