silly silly question
K my dad is selling his car and i really want it. He says if he doesn't sell it in 2 weeks than he'll sell it to me for cheap. What i want to know is if there is an easy and safe way to make it look like there is something wrong with the car to a non mechanic but takes like just two seconds to fix? I know this kinda sounds mean but i want the car so bad.

I like the way you think.
 You haven't told us what car it is, but if its EFI, try unplugging the AFM and the car's gonna run pretty bad. you can unplug a sparkie or 2 as well.. thats really gonna make the car run like shit. Keep in mind that your dad may take the car in to a mechanic to get it checked out if it starts running this bad.. If so, you're fucked. -Mike

Do this EXACTLY.
1. Disconnect the MAF plug (Mass Air Flow) This way the car wont run over 2,000RPM  2. Remove some vaccum lines on the upper plenum And just leave it at that. If you start fucking with the EFI, theyll know something is up. So if you want the car, do that. In my opinion. -Wes

without the MAF sensor in the Z32 it wont even start so yeah that may be real good or real bad. i dont know.
