Re: removing/applying emblems
they are held on with a silicone glue, and two guide pins. the easiest way, would be to heat up the old emblems with a blowdryer (for a while), and pry gently at the edges with a small screwdriver, being careful not to apply too much pressure. work your way around until it becomes loose. to put the other one's on, apply some sort of all weather silicone or adhesive and push it on there. i would use goop, or a high rated silicone. good luck, and let us know how it turns out.

it's really tedious and takes a lot of time to get all the glue completely off without ruining the finish. similar to removing window tint.

Re: removing/applying emblems
My 'H' emblem came right off after a light bout of brisk nudging from a screwdriver. No harm done to the finish.

Re: removing/applying emblems
leave it out in downtown chicago parked on state street. someone will yank it off for ya.
at least that's how mine was taken off........bastards!! get some heavy duty double sided tape. and you can use that to stick it on. make sure it's weatherproof coz if it's not, it'll surely fall offf once it rains. |

Re: removing/applying emblems
there is two guide pin holes. at least any honda ones i have removed has had them. also IMO double sided tape doesn't work well. heat will make it swell right off, plus it'll be raised up. a good all weather adheasive is the best route.
