New toys...

...well, not exactly toys, per sé.

First-off, I'd like to apologize for my very crappy, and cheap camera, and poor lighting.

I remember that thread about a month ago, where some of us showed-off some our bladed toys. I got a couple of new ones today.

Anyhow, I got a modern version ninja katana, and tanto:

Here they are, in the sheath:

In the interest of showing what they really look like, I found this pic from an online sword dealer - it's what I have, exactly:

This is a description I found online for both:

"Contains one 26.2" sword with a 16.5" sharpened blade and one 18" overall tanto with an 11.2" sharpened blade. Each features one piece stainless steel construction with black finish and high quality black cord wrapped handle. Black Nylon and leather sheath holds both."

"Very impressive item and very high quality, recommended."

I feel your pain man. I have a few at home, and more in storage, and others I had to sell .

-GS-: those are sai's. They're the same everywhere, and those are exactly what Raphael of the Ninja turtles carry.

Re: New toys...

carrrnuttt just a question for you and lordvektra, do you guys just collect them because you guys like collecting them or is there like a reason behind it? Like from what i've heard its badluck to have swords in your house because they say that they attract bloodshed, but then again im sikh, and my family is very superstitious. So i was just generally wondering...
