Wat is VTEC???

SOrry everyone.....im not much into the HOnda/Acura scene so forgive me pleez. I was wondering wat exactly is HOnda's VTEC and wat is HOnda's i-VTEC???

Vtec just lets the engine breathe in the higher rpms sustaining its torque through the whole power band.

v tec is a valve trane system that swiches between a low duration cam wich decreases valve overlap so you can make low end power not contaminate the intake charge and idle And a high duration cam that increases valve overlap, and screams at high rpm {scavanger afect}

vtec is not any of said stuff above. its really magic!

im not kidding. pure magic run by the same leperchaun who is behind that lucky charms cereal! hes running a global pyramid scheme with honda and general mills. no joke
