56 Chevy for my new junkyard.

This is an in progress shot of our latest Junkyard project.

It's Monogram's 1977 release of the 56' Chevy.
I have a long way to go yet but this is the first 2.5 hours of work.
I still have a ton of detailing and destroying to do.

Amazing. Would you consider making a tutorial on how to wreck a model?

It's so easy.

1) BernzOmatic torch.

2) Find as many wreck reference pictures that you can.

3) Be careful and have fun.

Because it's fun as hell to break from the norm and absolutely destroy them vs making them perfect.

So you first make a model, and then you brake it?

It depends. Some of them I use from my already built collection or I start it from Scratch. The El Camino was a fresh build.

Thank you. It takes forever to get the rusting "just right".

I have more then a few weeks just into those few cars.
