Help my tour/sport switch just fell out, don't know how to put it back in

I tried snapping it back it, but it doesn't snap in. Anyone else have this problem? I have no idea why it did it

It's a 1992 3000 GT VR4.

lol, to my knowledge I have never heard of this happening before to anyones car. I guess your lucky. lol, if it wont snap back in, I would assume you could just use some epoxy, small very light thin lines of epoxy around the edges and stick it back in place. But seriously, never heard of this before, is it just dangling out of the hole? lol

no actually when it pops off it's kinda weird. instead of an actual wire connected it's just 2 pieces of metal prongs on on the flip side of the switch. one is a longer piece, and the other is a shorter/fater piece. I might just go to the Mitsubishi dealership to see if they can help

i'd rather be charged and get it fixed than have it not fixed.
