please vote!!! on fixed back racing seats

in my quest for weight reduction, i am looking at seats. as most know, the lightest seats are not reclinable, but are fixed. before making a mistake and getting something that makes me not want to take long trips, i wanted to know how people felt about their fixed back seats. if possible, include what brand you have (and model, and even price if u remember)

Re: please vote!!! on fixed back racing seats

My buddy had some Sparco seats, they were pretty close to the Speed models from their website. They were the most uncomfortable seta I've ever been in. First off it was a pain in the ass getting in and out of them because of the sides; everytime i got in them my cellphone would start dialing from being push against them. They made your ass hurt and back hurt on 2hr+ trips. So much that he sold them and went back to the stock ones. Honestly I'd stick with the stock ones or get the reclinables if you take long trips.

i have a pair of MOMO Rookie seats that are fixed back, they fit me well and are surprisingly comfortable, however i havent taken any long trips in them yet... i paid $150 for the pair, but they were used.
