Re: Saab 9-2x vs. Audi Wagon

The Saab is fugly and not a real Saab.

I'll have the Audi simply on that premise.

Even though I'm an suv type of guy, I would take the Audi, looks cools and they run well.

Fuck the 9-2X. It represents GM's ultimate plan to save Saab - take a fine Japanese sports car, change the badging, and call it all-new.

Check out the 9-2x Aero...looks sharp...I mean it's a Subaru under the skin but still good I think and worthy competition

Re: Saab 9-2x vs. Audi Wagon

Well, since I am a Saab-man, I'd have to go for the Audi. Why? Because the Saab is really a Subaru. The new Saab-front looks really good though, but the interior is Subaru-shitty. I loathe the interior of Subarus

Re: Saab 9-2x vs. Audi Wagon

the saab is just a better looking wrx. but i vote for the audi and you dont' even have to ask twice. just coz it looks the part doesn't make a bit of difference. the subaru interior is way too econobox-like to be considered luxury and no matter how much aluminum trim or saab badges the 9-2x has, it's still subaru.

saab may need GM's help to survive and if this is the only way the GM execs can think of doing so, i just dont' agree.

I'm just pissed because Saab took a Subaru WRX, gave it a new name, and called it 'all-new'. That's pretty disrespectful to Subaru and to the WRX.

Don't blame Saab, whatever you do. Do you think the executives in Trollhattan wanted this to happen? No! Saab loyalists are crying, but the General needs a bigger production volume, and until Saab and Subaru start working on a brand new Impreza/9-2X together, this will have to do.

Anyway, Saab doesn't get hold of their STi, only the WRX so for those who want the largest engine, they will have to go to Subaru. For everybody else, the 9-2X should be the default choice. It looks far better than the awful (in terms of design) Impreza.
