New to the scene

So I just bought a 2000 Firebird and I love it! I'm 19 and it's my second car. I am actually paying for this one though. I really want to fix it up and I've been getting into cars a lot latley. I had a 1983 volvo for my first car and needless to say I never really got into it to much. Ok, so I know NOTHING about modding cars and I need some help. I don't really want like a 1, 2, 3 list, and I know you can't really do that anyway. I just need like, some good magazines and books, or websites to go to that you guys have found usefull. I can just read through that stuff and figure out half-way what I'm doing, I think.

Well thanks for the help, see ya around in the boards.

Kevin

Is it a v6 or a v8?
www.ws6.com has good mod info for v8s and dyno charts to show the gains.
http://shbox.com/1/4th_gen_tech1.html is a must for repair guides/fixes.
www.projecttransam.com has some good mod/install info.
www.ws6zxr.com probably the most usefull/helpfull board out there.

Re: New to the scene

yeah, it's a v6 A4. I would have prefered a v8 manual but I still love it.
Thanks for the reply
