need a quick answer about buying some parts

i just bought a y8 cylinder head off ebay for 120 shipped, and he sent me an email asking if i wanted the spark plugs, timing belt, and rpm activated switch for vtec. he's asking 50 for it, should i take it or not worry about it. are the y8 and y7 belts different? im going to upgrade plugs anyway so i dont really need them... maybe the vtec controller is worth it? i need a response quickly so any help is very appreciated. thanks.

I would just go for the items. Its only 50 bucks. Y7/Y8 should be the same. Just get it all.
