Just a quick story.

Got invited to go to a dealer today for the arrival of the new Magnums and SRT-4s and Rumble B and whatnot. I mostly just went to check out the SRT-4. I'd seen them before, but never got to sit in them...always wanted to drive one, but didn't count on that happening.

I'm sitting in a black one and a dealer guy walks up to me and asks if I needed help. I said no, but out of curiousity, asked him what the boost is set to stock. I was thinking 5-8...friggin 14 PSI stock! That's quite a bit. The 86 300ZX Turbo I just bought has stock boost set at ~4 psi.

Guy says "wanna go out and run around in one for a min?". I was in shock...I'm like...hell yea. He gets off the freeway and stops on the exit ramp...my turn...I was pretty surprised that he was so willing to let me drive this brand new SRT-4 (it only had...like...18 friggin miles on it). What a riot those cars are. Very cool, and dealership performance completely unbeatable for ~$21,000. All in all, I was very impressed.
