reversing the digital clock display

any one knows about how to reversing the display of for example the digital clock? light numbers on dark background instead of dark numbers on light background. or... if you know anywhere in this forum will be grateful. i dont know what does this things called. so yea.. any hints will be grateful. i've seen one on the net like ages ago.... but cannot recall where it was.
