electronic problems!!! need help asap!!!!

i have an 87 nissan 200sx se v6, my daddy replaced the negative terminal to the battery, the car starts, but now my interior, turning, stop, hazard, headlights, and dash lights are not working, also volt gauge, speedometer, and tachometer do not work. there is also a faint gas scent when i start the car. please if you know of any possible solutions, tell me please, i need my baby to work again!!!! thanx

sounds like u may have blown a fuse, so chk ur fuses

i have a U.K 200sx s13 1991.i am trying to locate the cable which will link from comport(laptop) to E.C.U port..want to re-map..

Well as far as all your lights not working replace your turn signal switch! mine did the same thing! also you might want to check your relays mine went out and i had to replace them as well. you might want to visit the junk yard for that turn signal swicth though..if you try to get it brand new you would have to go to the nissan dealership and will put you back about $300 usd. for the gass smell....you might have a fuel line crack some where?

Must be the fuse that cause the interior gauges not working. Fix it ASAP! If the fuses're all out, it's possible that other electronic part're not working too (apart of the interior). I think it may gone to the fuel controller, which makes the AFR adjustment wrong at part throttle openings.
