Need help with wiring

I just bought sme eclipse 6.5 to put in my car. My question is simple, do i need to run the wires thru all the connectors and the plastic tubes or can i just the the wire from the speaker straight to the headunit???

Byin the tubes I think you means the factory wire looming, if this is what you mean, no you dont have to. If you can get them through the gromets in the doors that would make for a cleaner instal though.

You can just reuse factory wiring if you're using deck power. If you upgrade to big amps then I'd suggest running new wiring thru factory looming (which btw is almost IMPOSSIBLE, lotsa work)
