Gas mileage

Hey, I was wondering if I change the turbo to a 16g on a gs-t, raise my psi to about 18 & with other supporting mods(exhaust, intake, bov, injectors, & fuel pump) will my mileage be durastically changed to where I can really tell it is making a hole in my wallet for gas $ or will it not make that much of a difference? Also to save money on gas could I just turn my psi down to 8 when I am doing average driving or even to 0 or would this damage my engine?

At first I didn't think about gas at all but since the gas is really crazy here in L.A. & I am a teen so I will likely be driving my car everywhere I go now I have given some thought to gas $.

BTW: Do you guys drive your cars to school? Don't think I can..... to many people will get jealous and scratch it, some guy got his rims jacked right infront of our lousy security guards.

Re: Gas mileage

turning down the boost won't help your gas milage, but not flooring it all the time will. It doesn't matter if you have a big or small turbo, you can still get good gas milage cruising/driving like you want it. In a way, having a 16g will reduce your milage, because you will probably tend to get on it more often, right?

Get an alarm.

Re: Gas mileage

I drive mine to collage, no matter where you go there is going to be someone jealous that could do that to your car.
