{please help} u-bend info

i have had this u-bend replacement sitting in my house for about a month and can't find ANYONE to have it installed. anyone who has had this done...can you tell me where you got it installed at? i brought it to midas and they said they dont install customer parts. brought it to monroe today and they said it's illegal to weld anything to the catalytic converter. i really would like to have this installed on my car. any places that you know of that do welding to the converter? let me know of any more info that you have of this part. i know it's for off road use only

any in town probably non-franchized local muffler shop should put it on for something around $50. and they don't weld it on, they braze it on, kind of like soldering. hope you find a place to do it at.
