Unhappy HEEELLLLPP more d*mn VORTEC problems!!!

rained buckets here yesterday and went to start truck after thunderstorm at no avail cranks but will not start...when battery is disconnected and reconnected after @30 seconds truck will restart and die within 2-3 seconds...

Replaced cap and rotor...just because it was old and figured the water/humidity could have possibly damaged it....same problem.

Dumped fuel down intake and truck fired right up but would not idle....dumped more fuel down throat, and held throttle slightly open, fired again and ran until I let my foot off the throttle.....but had no throttle response.

I strongly suspect that the POS CSFI is taking a poop....or something else (ignition module)? anyone else have a similar problem? Please help before we start pulling this POS intake apart in favor of a GEN IV dfi

Whether or not it was from the rain or someone! It seems like maybe you have water in the fuel.......
