Hello, Im new to this site
Hello all im new to this site, I drive a 1992 MR2 GTS Turbo. Im from sunny England. Car has a few modifications. Apexi ECU with power FC, Blitz Nurspec exhaust, BOV & Induction. 16" Super Advan alloys and Tien Coilovers.
One question i do have for you guys is, My Coilovers are rock solid, making the ride unbearable on the road (not sure where the majority of you guys are but the English roads are not too good) I have been told my Coilovers have top het adjusters, I have a dial at the top o them which i can turn, would this be how i change the ride? Nice meeting you all. Adam. |

Re: Hello, Im new to this site
usually with a dial on top (if it's ride stiffness adjustment) CCW makes it softer. at least in my experience. just turn it all the way one way, drive for a while, then do the other way. if it's still too stiff, buy lighter springs. if the springs are too heavy it won't matter how soft you make the recoil in the shocks.
