03-04 Hood Protector

I have an 04 w/ OEM hood protector. The two screws on the sides that go into the hood, I need the part that the screws go into. The rubber has deteriorated on mine and i need new ones. I believe they are called well screws, but not sure. If anyone knows what i'm talking about please help. I have gone to toyota parts sites & dealers and they will sell me the hood protector hardware installation kit for $50+ i think that's kinda expensive considering i just need one part from the kit. I tried to go to auto stores but no help. No one seems to sell that particular part individually (only w/ the installation kit). Anyhelp would be useful thanks.
