The body is heavier, and clutch/gearbox is prolly stock lancer. Anything else he hasn't changed?

Still, pretty neat that he did all that to have a EvoIV in the US before anyone else and "street legal". The good thing is, the car can get an insurence as a normal Lancer, but is an Evo in disguise, so the insurence should be really cheap!
