My ZC bogs and sputters

I've had this ZC for almost 2 months now and it hasn't run right yet.
It's bogs so bad at low rpms that I have to rev it up past 4k to get it going and can't even drive in 5th gear.
I get no codes on the ecu.
I've tried PG7 and PM7 ecus with same results.
Put in a new radiator, thermostat, coolant sensor, o2 sensor, dizzy, sparkplugs, and wires.
Timing on my dizzy is adavanced all the way. If I retard it any the boging is even worse.
I only run high octane gas and my injectors all seem to be working fine.
If my timing was off would I get a code and also if my fuel pump is going bad how could I check that?

Definitly sounds like timing is off. And that wont necessarilly throw a code (it usually doesnt). Set everything to TDC and set the timing again, I bet it will run 100%.

Re: Bogs

I had the EXACT same trouble with my D15B2. After trying all of the different stuff, the plug wires fixed it. It may also be a clogged cat. converter, or possibley water in your gas???

Anyway, after spending $140 to get a O2 sensor, for nothing, I am sure pissed. Good Luck with it.

Re: My ZC bogs and sputters

sounds to me like the timing is off...the way you said if you retard the dizzy at all the bogging gets worse....i would 100% say it's the timing being off.
