93 ls vtec auto...advice pls

hey there...i have a 93 integra ls vtec automatic.

i was wondering if anyone can give me any advice how i can push the hp on this automatic.
what aftermarket parts should i get to gain more horses and torque w/this automatic.
i just sold my 91 crx hf to get my first love...haha...integra!

do you have I/h/e ? if not just go with the basic bolt ons.

along with the basics I/h/e, you should consider working on the head. Port and polish, cams, cam gears, sleeves, ext...................fISH

what do you guys think the max i can push this car and still keep in NA? (no turbo/nos/supercharger)
